We offer two different types of shipping methods according to delivery place in France. For more information, look at below paragraphs:

Shipping method

For zone 1 and 2* (look below), we deliver by our personal delivery service called ANNACHI EXPRESS at home.

The delivery will be made at the door steps of all type of houses and at RDC in case of multistory residence without lift.

Shipping Rates

  • For the orders total above 55€ and below 40Kg, we deliver at free of cost
  • For the orders total below 55€, we will charge 6.95€ for zone 1 and 9.95€ for zone 2

Handling fee will be applied according to your order total weight:

  • > 0 kg to <= 40 kg      : 0€
  • > 40 kg to <= 60 kg    : 2.95€
  • > 60 kg to <= 80 kg   : 4.95€
  • > 80 kg to <= 100 kg : 5.95€
  • > 100 kg                       : 8.95€

Shipping Delivery Time

Usually we deliver within 2-3 working days to zone 1 (often on Wednesday or Thursday and in Sunday) and within 5 working days to zone 2 (often on Sunday).

On Wednesday or Thursday,

Products will be delivered by our Delivery agent, between 11am and 3pm (approximately).

On Sunday,

Products will be delivered by our Delivery agent, between 8am and 8pm (approximately).

For Annachi express delivery system client doesn’t have flexibility to choose delivery time as per their convenience, as we have a few restriction to follow the delivery route planned for the day. If the client refuse the estimation delivery time, we will postpone it to next delivery day.

For Annachi express delivery, client should provide necessary access details such as gate access code, floor number, door number..etc to make the delivery. if we can’t make delivery due to the lack of information or the customer failed to attend the call when we attempt to make the delivery, the delivery will be considered as failed.

Annachi Express will not be responsible to provide guaranteed delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to take the delivery. If the customer wants their order to be delivered on the next delivery day you will be charged 6.95€ (zone 1) and 9.95€ for zone 2. Orelse if the customer wants, they can collect their order (Failed delivery) from our warehouse by their own means. Customer should notify us before doing so.

Ordering Time for Delivery

For zone 1,

If the customer wants their goods to be delivered on Wednesday, the order should be placed before 12pm of Tuesday.  If the customer wants their goods to be delivered on Sunday, the order should be placed before 12pm of Saturday.

For zone 2,

If the customer wants their goods to be delivered on Sunday, the order should be placed before 12pm of Saturday.

*For few valid reasons, annachi.fr have whole rights to change the delivery day even when the order is placed before the mentioned time.

Track and Trace

Day before the delivery, customers will receive the approximate time of delivery by whatsapp service or by E-mail.

BY POSTAL SERVICE: POINT RELAIS

Shipping method

We use UPS transporter service to deliver your goods at your nearest UPS pick point that you have selected while placing your order.

Shipping Rates

From 1st june 2019: We charge 9.95€ per 20 kg for orders below 55€ or 6.95€ per 20 kg for orders above 55€ parcel to deliver anywhere* in France.

*For areas with difficult access (mountain etc …), we deliver only by GLS, refer to next paragraph.

**Like we have restriction of 20 kg (with packaging) per parcel, we can’t offer some products which are equal or above 20 kg.Tips: we offer in most of case same product in 10 kg pack.

Shipping Delivery Time

Generally, you will receive your goods within 24h/48h after dispatch day.

Please note that this is a general practice. We may (in rare cases) ship your parcel after ordering, up to two working days, despite it is placed before 12.00 pm on working day. This is mainly due to workload on that day. However, in those cases, we’ll inform you by E-mail or by Whatsapp.

Track and Trace

As soon as your parcels are ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by whatsapp service or by E-mail.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel using the tracking number provided while it is in transit. The customer can contact specified transporter customer service department or annachi.fr with any queries or issues they may have over your parcel. If the Customer failed to check their mail with tracking information or failed to collect the package from their pickup point, annachi.fr is not responsible and any claim for the refund of that particular order will be voided.

Customer opting out for Pickup Point delivery system should collect the package within 7 days. For customers ordering perishables by Pickup point delivery system should collect their packages within 24hrs. if they failed to collect the parcel within 24h after delivery at pickup point, we can’t refund for spoiled perishable items.

Customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and delivery addresses. Customer should Provide us with the information that we may require to complete the service and ensure that the information provided is accurate in all aspects. All address information supplied on the booking by the customer must be complete and accurate. Any order returned due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address will not be refunded and any claims voided.

If you are also not available to receive the packet in the first attempt, it shall be delivered to a shop or post office close by and shall be mentioned on the note left behind after failed delivery attempt. You would need to carry a French ID to redeem your packet. Your order remains at pick point for 10 subsequent days before it is returned to us.
